The question of reciprocation in the form of money:

People often question why they should pay for Spiritual Healing at all. It is common for one to think that if the facilitator is a "Channel for Healing" and the healing comes from God, than it should be offered for free.

The truth is, that the Healing Channeled through the facilitator is freely given by God. However, the facilitator is living in a physical body, on planet earth where money is required to provide sustenance to support the facilitator, in being available to channel the "Free Healing". So, in order for a facilitator to be available for you, financial needs must be met, otherwise, the facilitator will have to spend the time that could have been available to support you, doing something else.
